Jennifer Teege, author of the bestselling memoir "My Grandfather Would Have Shot Me: A Black Woman Discovers Her Family's Nazi Past," spoke on January 27 at the Art Gallery of Hamilton.
They came from all walks of life. Politicians, clergy, and ordinary citizens of all faiths joined their Jewish brothers and sisters in grief and solidarity at a multi-faith vigil held at Temple Anshe Sholom on Oct. 30.
Hamilton Jewish Federation will sponsor a multi-faith solidarity vigil for the Tree of Life Synagogue in Pittsburgh. Leaders from faith groups from across the city will participate. The program will take place on Tuesday, October 30th, 2018, 7:00PM at Temple Anshe Sholom.
