What is the origin story of your business? Tell us how and why you started — what inspired you?
The business began with a desire for freedom and meaningful impact. After more than a decade in project management across both the charitable sector and corporate world, I was determined to create something of my own, something that combined independence while starting a family, and the opportunity to make a real difference for others. While I had the skill set and experience for managing projects, I knew I needed to expand my expertise in the web development space. A digital agency coaching and mentorship program provided the training and structure to launch with confidence. From there, the focus quickly became building a strong team, cultivating an impeccable reputation based on collaboration and high quality work, and creating a business rooted in trust.

What does your business do, and who is your ideal client?

We design and develop websites that do more than look good, they’re built to convert, perform, and grow with a business. Our team supports small to medium-sized businesses across Canada and internationally, and we also partner with other agencies who need a dependable development team. Over the years, we’ve worked with everyone from startups and independent creators to law firms, hospitals, e-commerce companies, financial institutions, and nonprofits. Our ideal clients value collaboration, clarity, and results. At the heart of our work is a simple philosophy: bad consultants make money off their clients, great consultants make money for their clients. That’s the difference we’re committed to.

What do you love most about running your business?

I love that every project is an opportunity to combine creativity with strategy and create something that has a real, lasting impact. Whether it’s helping a new business launch, refreshing an established brand, or partnering with another agency, the work is never just about a website, it’s about building something meaningful and effective that helps people succeed. What matters most to me is establishing trust and becoming true partners throughout the process. I take the time to really get to know each client, to ensure they feel valued, seen, and heard at every stage. Exceeding expectations and watching clients light up when they see their vision come to life is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. I also value the freedom to choose clients and projects that align with my values, which allows me to shape a business that feels purposeful and sustainable.
How can the community best support you?
The greatest support is through connection. Referrals, introductions, and recommendations help us reach more businesses that align with our approach. Sharing our work on social media also goes a long way. I’m proud to share that we’ve just celebrated our 55th five-star Google review and have been recognized for five consecutive years in the Readers’ Choice Awards for Best Web Designer, Best Graphic Design Services, and Best Web Services. Those milestones are proof of the trust the community has placed in us, and we’re grateful for every opportunity to keep paying that forward.

What is the biggest lesson you’ve learned on your entrepreneurial journey?

Clarity and alignment are everything. When you know your values and build from that foundation, the right clients, partnerships, and opportunities follow naturally. I’ve also learned that success comes from delivering genuine value, listening deeply, exceeding expectations, and focusing on the process as much as the outcome. That’s how you turn one-time projects into long-term partnerships.

How has your Jewish identity or values influenced your business?

My Jewish identity has been a steady guiding force in how I run my business. I draw inspiration from the resilience of our people, how we’ve survived, adapted, and continued to contribute in the face of adversity. That history gives me a strong sense of responsibility, not just to build a thriving business, but to use it as a tool for good. For me, success means more than growth or recognition, it’s about creating positive impact, elevating others, and embedding integrity, compassion, and community into everything we do. My work is one of the ways I can help bring more light into the world.
