What is the origin story of your business? Tell us how and why you started — what inspired you?
After thirty years of working in both private and public sectors supporting students with disabilities and those who struggle academically, I knew it was time to build something of my own. I had a vision for how this work could be done better, more creative, more individualized, and more impactful. Through executive functioning coaching, learning strategies, and assistive technology, my private practice allows me to follow my instincts and bring meaningful support to students who need extra help to achieve lasting success.
What does your business do, and who is your ideal client or customer?
My ideal clients are parents of students with ADHD, learning disabilities, or executive functioning challenges, as well as schools and professionals seeking expert support to better serve their learners. I support students and parents with personalized strategies, partner with schools and clinics to strengthen programs, and I collaborate with EdTech companies to make tools and training more inclusive. I partner with anyone in the business of creating academic success.
What do you love most about running your business?
I value the flexibility to follow my instincts. I enjoy the chance to meet and collaborate with new people. Most of all, I love shaping the story of school success in tangible ways, while following through on my vision that every student deserves the opportunity to succeed.
How can the community best support you?
Let’s connect! Visit my website and socials, follow along, and share my work with anyone who could use support getting organized, building strong habits, and becoming a more successful learner. Think of me when you’re looking for a fresh, engaging way to deliver professional development content or strategy for your school, business, or clinic.
What is the biggest lesson you've learned on your entrepreneurial journey?
Learning never ends. Entrepreneurship has pushed me to adapt, grow new skills, and seek support. These are the same things I ask my students to do when they face challenges.
Has your Jewish identity, values, or community experience influenced your business in any way?
Yes. Judaism has always valued learning for everyone, yet schools don’t always allow every student to shine. My work is about helping students and their communities break through barriers and find potential with the right tools and strategies.
