Tucked into the 3rd floor of the main branch of the Hamilton Public Library is the reading room and home of the Local History & Archives (LH&A) department. This hidden gem houses materials that document the growth, development and activities of the Hamilton-Wentworth region. Their vast collection includes rare books, maps, photographs and other documents, as well as a large array of sound and video recordings.
Please join us as LH&A Archivist, Tracey Krause details the role of LH&A, and describes many of their holdings with an emphasis on how they can be used to further your Jewish genealogical research.
