Please be advised that pursuant to By-Law Article 11.3, notice is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting to members of Hamilton Jewish Federation.

Nominations to the Board of Directors
 
Pursuant to Article 6.2 of the By-Laws, no person is eligible to be nominated at the Annual General Meeting to serve on the Board of Directors unless:
 
a.       He/She is a member in good standing;
 
b.       He/She has been nominated by the Nominating Committee;
 
c.       He/She is present in person at the Annual General Meeting to accept such
nomination; or has consented in writing to accept such nomination.
